Siblings who serve together can definitely work together. For the Kelpis siblings Matt and Sam, family and serving their country is everything. After throwing around some ideas and a deep desire to create a business together with a need to give back, SpaSelect was born.
With Matt retired from the military and Sam still serving after 30 years they decided it was time to create a business that could expand their creativity and help others find their ultimate Zen. With a variety of soaps, bath bombs and shower steamers all hand crafted only using the highest quality ingredients they are continuing to grow their product line.
These determined siblings do whatever it takes to make their business successful and products every consumer can enjoy. Being raised with a strong work ethic they pour the same heart into each piece that is created for SpaSelect. It is our mission to make a difference and leave a mark on the world.

Please keep in mind that our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness or disease. We choose to use essential oils and fragrances for their natural properties with the understanding that plants and their oils have been used by holistic healers for thousands of years.

Please note, due to the 100% handmade nature of these bath products, the appearance, weight, and color may vary slightly. Also, due to the nature of different oils used in our products, not all our bath bombs float....but they still do their magic! Our products are made fresh daily and can be custom made to order. Instructions on Use
Shower Steamers: Place steamer in the corner of your shower out of the direct stream of the water, but where a light stream can make contact with it. Or, place a steamer in a mesh bag and hang from your shower handle. Swing into the stream as desired. Depending on how much direct water hits your shower steamer will dictate how long it lasts. Enjoy the fragrances!
Bath Bombs: Place the bath bomb slowly into the tub of water, slide into the tub, and enjoy the effervescent scent.
Kid Bath Bombs: Most of our "kid bombs" have bubble frosting on top, hold the bath bomb under the running water and watch the bubbles explode!!
Facial Steamers: Place the steamer in a bowl of warm water and gently place a towel over your head. Hover your head over the bowl and breathe in and out.
Furbaby Bath Bombs: Place the bath bomb in the tub of water. Calmly place your pet into the bath and let them enjoy the soothing aromas while you massage them gently.
Foot Soaks: Place the foot steamer in a bowl of warm water, insert feet, and relax.
Handmade Soaps: Place soap under warm running water. Bring to lather by rubbing between hands, and enjoy!
Ingredients Used
Our products may contain baking soda, citric acid, corn starch, kaolin clay, magnesium sulfate (epsom salt), Sodium laureate sulfate (SLSA), Coco-Betaine, coconut oil, water, witch hazel, oatmeal, witch hazel, essential oil/fragrance, and FD&C coloring.
Known Essential Oil Benefits
Peppermint: used to boost energy, purify and stimulate the mind, as well as reducing headaches, nausea, and congestion from colds, flu, allergies and stress.
Eucalyptus: used to improve the immune system and mental alertness along with reducing stress, congestion from allergies, colds, and the flu.
Lavender: used to promote sleep and relieve headaches, stress, and anxiety.
Sandalwood: used to calm nerves and help with focus.
Bergamot: used to improve skin conditions like eczema and reduce stress.
Rose: used to improve mood and reduce anxiety.
Jasmine: used to improve libido, promotes confidence, optimism, creativity, and help relieve depression.
Orange/Lemon: used to improve mood, alleviate headaches, tension, stress, and promote positive outlook along with a boost in energy levels.
Environmentally Conscious
SpaSelct practices as an eco-friendly business starting from product production, onto wrapping, and then finally shipping. Our products are gluten -free, and cruelty-free. Also, SpaSelect chooses to use shrink wrap called Biolefin Biodegradable Shrink Film. Biolefin is a oxo-biodegradable polyolefin which is acid-free and will totally decompose into food for bacteria and other micro-organism's after entering into the environment within 18 months. And finally, we package our products with care! We choose to use eco-friendly boxing and packaging materials, which are sturdy corrugated boxes with proper packing materials to ensure your product(s) arrive in great shape! BTW....our packing peanuts are biodegradable with water:)

Ingredient Qualities
Baking Soda (sodium bicarbonate)
Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) is required for bath bomb formulation. It leaves your skin feeling soft, smooth, and clean. It also offers some really useful detoxifying effects because of its high alkalinity, baking soda can help with a number of common health issues, such as yeast infections, urinary tract infections (UTIs), rashes, bug bites, dry scalp, smelly feet, and hemorrhoids.
Citric Acid
Citric Acid is required as a base ingredient for bath bomb formulation. Citric Acid is a natural substance that helps to rejuvenate and refresh the skin, but it also helps to stall the aging process in your skin.
Magnesium Salt (EPSOM)
Magnesium salts absorbed through the skin also works to relieve muscle tension, pain, and inflammation in joints. Submerge yourself in a warm magnesium salt bath to alleviate tension headaches or soothe abdominal cramps. Tired and sore feet will also benefit from the therapeutic warmth of an magnesium salt soak.
Moisturizing Oils / Carrier Oils
(Examples: almond oil, argon oil, olive oil, coconut oil, sunflower oil, etc.).
The most effective way to treat dry skin is by adding moisturizing oils to your bath. A carrier oil is also essential when using essential oils topically. Carrier oils ensure that the essential oil being topically applied is comfortable to the skin and doesn’t cause any burning effects.
Polysorbate 80
Polysorbate 80 is a surfactant and emulsifier often used in foods and cosmetics. Use this to mix your oils and mica into the bath water instead of having it sit on top and stick to the tub.
Witch Hazel
Witch Hazel fades bruises and blemishes. Witch Hazel may also be used to treat blemishes already present on the face or other areas of the body. Use witch hazel as a light wetting ingredient to bind your dry ingredients together.
SLSA
Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate (SLSA) is derived from coconut and palm oils.
This fine white powder is excellent for blending into bath bombs, bath fizzes, powdered bubble baths, bath salts for bubbles and foam.
Kaolin Clay
White kaolin, also known as China or white clay, is basically the mildest of all clays. It is suitable for sensitive skin. It helps stimulate circulation to the skin while gently exfoliating and cleansing it. It does not draw oils from the skin and can therefore be used on dry skin types. Kaolin clay can be used to make your bath bombs harden quicker.
Corn Starch
Cornstarch can be used to soothe irritation of the skin, including sunburn and skin allergies. Corn starch will slow down the time it takes for your bath bomb to devolve.
Essential Oils
The aromatic oils extracted from botanicals called essential oils, can be added when you are making your own bath bombs, to create naturally scented, and therapeutic, bath soaks.
Oats:
Great natural exfoliant, cleansing, moisturizing properties and is known to calm itchy skin.
Coco-Betaine
Coco-Betaine is a natural surfactant derived from coconut and works as a surfactant, foaming agent, viscosity increasing agent, emulsifier and conditioner. As a surfactant, it's mostly used in bath products because it gently cleanses the skin/hair by helping water to mix with oil and dirt so that they can be rinsed off.
